2.5 lbs. Nassau Grouper (Scaled, Cleaned & Cut into Steaks)
2 Cup Potatoes (Peeled & Large Dice)
1 Large Onion (Sliced)
1 tsp. Butter
Water (just enough to fully cover Grouper pieces in pot)
1 Goat Pepper (Chopped)
Salt to Taste
Season fish with 2 limes and salt to taste. Add grouper, vegetables, butter, pepper and water. Turn heat to low and allow to slowly simmer until potatoes are done. Add Juice of remaining lime and adjust seasoning if necessary.
