Lloyd is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries and lives near Toronto Canada. He spent his last 20 years, prior to retirement, working for Munich Reinsurance Company’s Life Branch in Canada, ending up as Executive Vice President for Canadian operations in Toronto. He also spent a period of time as EVP for the United States operations, working from Atlanta Georgia. Lloyd contributed to making the Canadian Life operations the most successful of all life offices of Munich Re around the world.

Colina Insurance was, and still is, an important client of Munich Re and as Lloyd was also responsible for Munich Re’s Caribbean operations, he became quite familiar with Colina and its key personnel.
