Asst. Operations and HR Manager
Carlton Adderley is the Assistant Operations Manager and HR Administrator at Colina General Insurance Agents & Brokers Ltd. where he assists with the daily running of all aspects of the company and manages the company’s human resources department. Carlton has a proven management record having held senior positions in the public service (law enforcement), the insurance industry (chiefly claims) and several years as the manager of a family island resort overseeing a staff of ninety employees. With over 25 years in the insurance industry, he has a wealth of experience in implementing policies and procedures and directing the daily functions that increase the company’s efficiency and brand. Mr. Adderley studied Business Administration at the College of The Bahamas and has participated in numerous insurance industry forums and training. Mr. Adderley also serves as a minister at his church.
