Just in 6th grade, V’ajha Clarke is already doing great things. When she was 7 years old, V’ajha wrote her first book, “The Cats and the Mat.” Proving she is no one-hit-wonder, she followed up a few years later with her second book, “The Cats and the Mats: Bahamas Vacation.” V’ajha not only stands out because of her writing talent but she is also an illustrator, producing all of the artwork for her books. Her talent has already received recognition and at just 10 she is enrolled in animation classes to help take her passion to the next level.
