Colina Honoured with Corporate Sponsor Award at The Bahamas Kidney Association Emerald Soirée

Nassau, The Bahamas, March 28, 2026 – Colina Insurance Limited (Colina) was recognised with The Bahamas Kidney Association’s 2026 Corporate Sponsor Award at its inaugural Emerald Soirée, in acknowledgement of the company’s longstanding contributions and commitment to the Association’s mission.

Held under the theme “An Emerald Evening of Hope,” the soirée brought together corporate leaders, healthcare advocates and members of the community in a shared commitment to promoting kidney health and supporting those affected by kidney disease across The Bahamas. The evening featured fellowship, entertainment and meaningful engagement, while also serving as a key fundraising initiative for the Association.

President of The Bahamas Kidney Association, Tamika Roberts, expressed appreciation for Colina’s role in advancing its work. “Colina has been a valued partner in helping us further our mission and extend our reach within the community,” she said. “Their contributions over the years have helped to provide resources and opportunities that continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many families.”

Director of Corporate Communications, Maxine V. Seymour, expressed appreciation for the recognition. “We are truly honoured to receive this award and to be recognised by The Bahamas Kidney Association,” she said. “It also serves as a reminder that kidney awareness does not end with the month of March. There is still more to be done, and we remain committed to raising awareness and making a meaningful difference.”

Colina’s presence at the event reflects its continued involvement with The Bahamas Kidney Association.
