A Seat at the Table: Colina’s Top Sales Producers
Nassau, The Bahamas, January 22, 2026 – The Top 10 sales producers of Colina Insurance Limited were brought together for a special dinner held as part of the company’s Annual Awards Day festivities, celebrating a year marked by strong performance.
Addressing the group, Chief Executive Officer Emanuel Alexiou spoke to the significance of earning a place among the company’s highest performers. He noted that securing a seat at the Top 10 table is no small feat, sharing that the qualifying threshold increased from $86,000 in net life production the previous year to $93,000.
“You have not only met that challenge but elevated it,” Alexiou said, pointing to the increased benchmark as a reflection of growth within the sales force. He added that the company’s continued investment in technology and support is designed to give agents every advantage to succeed.
The 2025 Top 10 sales producers were La’Tarsha Cleare, Shakira Dean, Veoshe Johnson, Shakeilya Knowles, Alfreda Knowles, Aisha Lightbourn, James Seymour, Sandra Smith, Lynette Thompson, and Deone Wilson.
The evening also marked the induction of Lynette Thompson into Colina’s Hall of Fame, acknowledging her lasting impact and contributions to the organisation.
The dinner was held at Dune, Ocean Club and hosted courtesy of the CEO. The intimate setting provided space for reflection and celebration, bringing together top performers in an atmosphere that matched the significance of the occasion.
