The savory batter is seasoned with spices and vegetables traditionally used in Bahamian cooking: thyme, salt, onions, sweet peppers, tomato paste and goat pepper. Add chopped conch to the batter and then fry to perfection! Conch fritters are not complete without the dipping sauce.
