Insurer Holds Customer Appreciation Day Across The BahamasNassau, The Bahamas, July 5, 2025 – Colina Insurance Limited recently hosted its Customer Appreciation Day under the theme “Let Us Help You THRIVE!”, celebrating clients with informative and family-friendly events across New Providence, Grand Bahama, Exuma and Abaco.
In New Providence and Grand Bahama, customers were treated to full days of engagement and education. Informative sessions were hosted by Colina General, which covered auto, home, and general insurance; the Life Operations Department provided insights on the Universal Life Policy; the Group Health and Benefits team helped customers better understand their health insurance; and CFAL offered guidance on wealth management.



Attendees also enjoyed exciting giveaways, including a laptop, a television, and the latest iPhone 16. A dedicated kiddie corner offered games and activities for children, while local food vendors served complimentary meals throughout the day.
“Customer Appreciation Day is our opportunity to say thank you in a meaningful way,” said DeAndrea Lewis, Vice President of Life Operations and Sales. “We are committed to helping our clients thrive, not just financially, but in every aspect of their lives.”
Meanwhile, in Grand Bahama, the energy was equally high as residents turned out in large numbers to participate in the festivities.
“We were thrilled by the turnout in Grand Bahama,” said Maxine V. Seymour, Director of Corporate Communications. “The event was extremely well received, with hundreds of customers engaging in the sessions, enjoying the giveaways, and celebrating with their families.”
Customers poured into the event in Grand Bahama, eager to soak up the festivities. The team was thrilled to greet them with open arms.

In Exuma and Abaco, the celebrations were held during regular business hours, allowing Colina teams to treat customers as they visited. Guests were greeted with sweet treats, gift certificates, and tokens of appreciation, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that underscored Colina’s commitment to service excellence.
The events took place on July 5 in New Providence and Grand Bahama, and on July 4 in Exuma and Abaco, with each island offering a unique experience tailored to its community.
