The ceremony acknowledged individuals organisations whose work has contributed to national efforts aimed at reducing the impact of HIV and AIDS. Colina was selected as an honouree for its continued involvement in initiatives that support awareness, advocacy, and community engagement.

Speaking on Colina’s contribution to national HIV and AIDS efforts, Dr. Nikkiah Forbes noted the company’s role in supporting initiatives aimed at reducing the impact of the disease.

“In demonstration of our deep gratitude, Colina Insurance Company has been selected as one of the honourees because of the company’s sustained efforts and invaluable service to reducing HIV and AIDS within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas,” Forbes said.
