Paradise Island, The Bahamas, September 21, 2024 – Colina Insurance Limited reaffirmed its commitment to addressing hunger in The Bahamas as a Gourmand sponsor of Hands for Hunger’s Paradise Plates 2024, enhancing the guest experience at one of the country’s premier culinary fundraisers.

Paradise Plates is Hands for Hunger’s signature fundraising event, bringing together some of The Bahamas’ leading chefs, beverage purveyors and culinary partners to present their finest creations to more than 1,500 guests.

This year, Colina added a signature activation by offering guests gourmet popsicles from Genson Rolle of Stay Chill and a photo booth experience by Lyndah Wells Photography. The interactive features complemented the evening while underscoring the company’s commitment to initiatives that support families facing food insecurity across The Bahamas.

Guests enjoyed gourmet cuisine, curated cocktails and entertainment, with proceeds helping Hands for Hunger expand its work to reduce food insecurity nationwide. The gathering brought together business leaders, philanthropists and community members around a cause that remains deeply important to many Bahamian families.
