Maxine V. Seymour is a respected communications executive known for translating strategy into compelling narratives, strengthening organisational reputation and building meaningful connections. Her career spans corporate leadership, public service and international representation, shaped by a deep commitment to The Bahamas and its people.

At Colina, Maxine leads internal and external communications, champions brand-building initiatives and advances the company’s philanthropic outreach and community engagement.

She holds a Master of Arts with Distinction in Communication for Social and Behaviour Change from the University of the West Indies, a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict, and an Associate of Arts with Credit in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of The Bahamas. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, with additional credentials from Georgetown University and SHRM.

In 2025, the College of Saint Benedict honoured her with its Benedictine Service Award in recognition of her leadership and longstanding commitment to service.
